Hallo Allemaal,
Hier is dan mijn aller eerste 'Steampunk Style' ketting.
Toen ik dit voor het eerst zag begonnen alle creatieve radertjes bij mij te draaien,
en ik moest dit gewoon eens proberen zelf te doen.
Nu is het best een dure hobby omdat de onderdelen best prijzig zijn.
Maar ik dacht eigenlijk... dat moet goedkoper kunnen.
Nu had ik nog een kapot oud horloge van mijn mannetje liggen... (10 euro op de markt)
en deze heb ik dus gebruikt om een ketting te maken.
En een tripje naar de Gamma hielp enorm. (daar is mijn mannetje altijd gek op!)
En dit is het resultaat geworden.
Ik ben enorm benieuwd naar jullie reacties!

Here is my very first 'Steampunk Style' necklace.
When I first came across these my creative cogs started spinning straight away,
and I had to try out doing this myself emediately.
But I found out it can be a pretty expensive hobby because all the little parts can cost a lot.
But I figured this could also be done much cheaper.
Now I had an old broken watch from hubby laying around... (10 euro on the market)
so I used this one to create this necklace with.
A trip to the hardware store helped out big time. (I can always get hubby to go with me to those!)
And this is the result I came up with.
I am so exited to hear your comments on this one!
